Oh Mama, who let out Obama?

Today is a day when the crazed folks of the world take a few days off and having the opportunity to lose brain cells, I decided to further investigate why I am certain that voting for Obama means certain death for America. His policies are, well, to say the least, scary to anyone who has a good job.

1. For low-income patrons that don't have an High School Degree and who have gone to jail: the entire gist of his job reform includes a program to get those who didn't finish school and those that went to jail into better jobs--ok, I am far from an economist, but if you put the lower paid people into higher paying jobs, doesn't the cost of living go up? Secondly, in any capitalistic society there is always someone who has a lower paying job, so how do you determine who gets to work at McDonald's and who doesn't? Oh and by the way, if you don't have a HIGH-SCHOOL Diploma and you committed a crime (and went to the pen) it's ok, because he wants to get you a higher paying job, too. So, now it's safe to know that you can fail in high school or go to the pen and still become the boss of someone who finished high school, spent a few car payments to get a higher education and didn't go to jail. I can feel the greatness of America already gaining momentum (gag).

2. Faith and Politics: Somehow I can't help but remember something we learned in American Government about the need to seperate Church from State, and I'll be damned if the great Obama wants to set us back 150 years. Taken straight from his site:
In June of 2006, Senator Obama delivered what was called the most important speech on religion and politics in 40 years. Speaking before an evangelical audience, Senator Obama candidly discussed his own religious conversion and doubts, and the need for a deeper, more substantive discussion about the role of faith in American life. But wait?! Doesn't he believe in a pluralistic society (political pluracracy is the belief in the acceptance of diverse opinions, and beliefs in a nation) So, my only question is this if he went to an Evangelical audience (meaning he left out the Hebrews, Buddhists, Muslims, and every other non and Christian-advented theological view that does not place the Bible as the power of authority) where does pluracracy fall in? It certainly does not bode well for agnostics or atheists this year.

3. The Right to Vote: Taken from the site:
There is no more fundamental American right than the right to vote. Before the landmark 1965 Voting Rights Act, barriers such as literacy tests, poll taxes and property requirements disenfranchised many Americans, especially minorities. Senator Obama worked with civil rights leaders to help secure the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act. Also, working with such civil rights stalwarts as Rep. John Lewis of Georgia, Senator Obama has been a leading Senate opponent of onerous photo ID provisions that disproportionately disenfranchise the poor, disabled and minority voters who are less likely to have a drivers license or other government-issued forms of identification.

Does Obama know that Black women had the right to vote in 1920 (the woman's suffrage movement) and that the need for a photo ID in voting ensures that the voters are registered US citizens? Anyone can get a state ID, in many state for free--and in some for no more than 5-7 bucks. Not to mention, anyone with a job has to have some form of state ID--even the McD's workers need one. I don't necessarily feel safe knowing that an illegal immigrant can run up to the polls and vote for an AMERICAN president because ID isn't necessary to vote--and doesn't the ability for commando-voting lead way for a huge possibility of repeat voters (which is cheating)? Where the hell is the accountability for the voting system then? Great job Obama--let's just forgo the whole voting thing, stand all the candidates in a row and whoever gets the loudest crowd cheer is our next president.

4. Immigration: Oh, this will definitely tickle your prostate:
Bring People Out of the Shadows

There are millions of people living in the shadows who would like to fully embrace our values and become full members of our democracy. For the millions living here illegally but otherwise playing by the rules, we must encourage them to come out of hiding and get right with the law. Barack Obama supports a system that allows undocumented immigrants who are in good standing to pay a fine, learn English, not violate the law, and go to the back of the line for the opportunity to become citizens.

Umm.....did it ever occur that they are not going to come out of the shadows, because they don't want to pay TAXES? If they wanted to be US citizens, they would have done so already. Secondly, if you don't deport them and all you do is put them in the back of the line, allowing them to stay in the US, all you do is give illegal immigrants the chance to continue what they were doing in the first place, which is working tax free and living off of the American taxpayers dollar and I can guarantee you that the "fine" in no way makes up for the amount of taxes they owe the US citizens.

Remove Incentives to Enter Illegally

To remove incentives to enter the country illegally, we need to crack down on employers that hire undocumented immigrants. Barack Obama has championed a proposal with Senators Charles Grassley (R-IA), Ted Kennedy (D-MA) and Max Baucus (D-MT) to create a new employment eligibility verification system so employers can verify that their employees are legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Ok, how can you crack-down on undocumented employees--they don't exist! And why would you rat them out if your company was profiting from the tax breaks and the lower wage pay? If you penalize them here, then all they have to do is move to Mexico--because maybe Obama forgot, but the US does pay for company's to establish buisness in other countries.

5. Our International Policy

Taking Weapons Out of Terrorists' Hands
Strengthening American Security in the 21st Century
Stopping Nuclear Terrorism
Preventing an Avian Flu Pandemic

Uh, he wants to take the weapons out of terrorists hand and stop nuclear terrorism, but he is against us going to Iraq and Iran and he wants to take us out of Afghanistan...someone please explain...

Ending the Conflict in Congo
Bringing a Brutal Warlord to Justice
Stopping the Genocide in Darfur

Why does he want to fix Africa and not the Middle East--no one in Africa is trying to blow us up while chanting "Mohammad Ahkbar"...I think we should focus on those that are trying to kill us first and let Africa sort its problems out first--you can protect troops against Anthrax, but you can't protect troops from spears laced with AIDS or snake poisons that we had no idea ever existed....

There's more socialist ideology going on there, but I had to stop because I felt my IQ drop and I started to have nightmares of a future Obama led America.....
