Yep, it's about the nanny state that we have become. It seems that the Mississippi State Legislature, this damn morning, has introduced House Bill 282 to address you damn fatties. Since you cannot be trusted to push back from the feed trough long enough to go for a damn walk, those morons up at the State Capital decided to do something about it. "No more buffet for you. You go now!"

House Bill 282 shall require all restaurants to refuse service to obese people. "Obese" shall be defined by the Mississippi State Department of Health. if passed, this legislation shall go into effect on July 1, 2008.

This bill was introduced by Republicans W. T. Mayhall, Jr. and John Read, and Democrat Bobby Shows. Literally, these are the three skinniest Representatives we have in Mississippi, so the Legislation certainly will not pass. But give them a call anyway.
