I Do Not Care About "Pastor" Wright's Racism

You know, most people have friends that say crap like Wright does, damn, I know that I do, but why is NO ONE talking about what Barry has said in his OWN DAMN BOOKS!?!? I am beginning to think that I am the only person to ever read "Dreams from my Father." Why focus on Wright when you can focus on the racist stuff that Barry himself has written? This makes no damn sense at all, so here I go breaking copywrite laws because obviously you are simply NOT going to read the books written by a major Presidential candidate. These are quotes from the book written by Barry Obama when he was thirty-three years old. This book also talks about how Barry got involved with Trinity. But, y'all just continue to focus on Wright, okay, never even delve into what Barry WROTE IN HIS OWN FRIGGIN' WORDS.

Keep digging for racists that Barry has known and ignore Barry himself. Damn, even our side are morons.

Snips from "Dreams from my Father":

“Jewish doctors were injecting black babies with AIDS.”

“In the Catholic school, when it came time to pray, I’d pretend to close my eyes, then peek around the room. Nothing happened. No angels descended. Just a parched old nun and 30 brown children, muttering words. Sometimes the nun would catch me, and her stern look would force my lids back shut. But that didn’t change how I felt inside.”

“That hate hadn’t gone away; it formed a counter-narrative buried deep within each person and at the center of which stood white people-some cruel, some ignorant, sometimes a single face, sometimes just a faceless image of a system claiming power over our lives. I had to ask myself whether the bonds of community could be restored without collectively exorcising that ghostly figure that haunted black dreams.”

There are thousands more snips like these, y'all just concentrate on Wright's racism instead of Barry's, okay?

"Audacity of Hope" was written to try to bury his ideas of the way that our country needed to move. Not one soul has read this book through, it was written so you can put it on your coffee table and foster dialogue with your moron friends.

From "Audacity of Hope":

"I have to side with Justice Breyer's view of the Constitution--that it is not a static but rather a living document and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world."

"I am not willing to have the state deny American citizens a civil union that confers equivalent rights no such basic matters as hospital visitation or health insurance coverage simply because the people they love are of the same sex--nor am I willing to accept a reading of the Bible that considers an obscure line in Romans to be more defining of Christianity than the Sermon on the Mount."

"While the evidence tells me that the death penalty does little to deter crime, I believe there are some crimes--mass murder, the rape and murder of a child--so heinous that the community is justified in expressing the full measure of its outrage by meting out the ultimate punishment. On the other hand, the way capital cases were tried in Illinois at the time was so rife with error, questionable police tactics, racial bias, and shoddy lawyering, that 13 death row inmates had been exonerated."

"We can assume that with lawful work available for young men now in the drug trade, crime in any community would drop."

"We know that global competition requires us to revamp our educational system, replenish our teaching corps, buckle down on math and science instruction, and rescue inner-city kids from illiteracy."

"A large portion of the $800 million we spend on foreign oil every day goes to some of the world's most volatile regimes. And there are the environmental consequences. Just about every scientist outside the White House believes climate change is real. We cannot drill our way out of the problem. Instead of subsidizing the oil industry, we should end every single tax break the industry currently receives and demand that 1% of the revenues from oil companies with over $1 billion in quarterly profits go toward financing alternative energy research and infrastructure. Over the last 30 years, countries like Brazil have used a mix of regulation and direct government investment to develop a biofuel industry; 70% of its new vehicles run on sugar-based ethanol."

"The single biggest gap in party affiliation is between those who attend church regularly and those who don't. Democrats, meanwhile, are scrambling to "get religion," even as a core segment of our constituency remains stubbornly secular, and fears that the agenda of an assertively Christian nation may not make room for them or their life choices."

"With words, with rules, with procedures & precedents--with law--Southern senators had succeeded in perpetuating black subjugation in ways that mere violence never could. For many blacks, the filibuster had snuffed out hope."

"Our health-care system is broken: expensive, inefficient, and poorly adapted to an economy no longer built on lifetime employment, a system that exposes Americans to insecurity and possible destitution."

So, not only is Barry a frothing at the mouth racist, he is wrong on every single issue that faces our country. But, no, no, no, y'all keep harping on what a retired minister keeps saying, that makes sense.

I haven't read the book. I look as Barry's relationship to his pastor much like I look at Hillary's relationship to Bill. You have to believe in someone's B.S. to put up with them for 20 years. It's great to watch Barry lie and twist the truth now trying to dodge this.

“Jewish doctors were injecting black babies with AIDS.”

Actually, there is one particular political party which supports vacuuming them out of the womb, but I can't recall which one.

So, Rev W. makes a stupid accusation, while passing up a true one which would impugn the liberals. Huh.

It's probably akin to intellectual laziness, but I tend not to read some of these books by full-of-themselves politicos. I know enough about Barry and Hildebeest to know a vote for them is a vote for the death of constitutional freedom and liberty in America, as it is winnowed away by liberal social engineering. I reckon that's enough to know.

At the ripe old age of 60 I became eligible for Tricare which is the Military's medical care system. So far all they have done for me is to not pay the Doctors even half of what they billed and leave me with a large bill. I kept BC&BS just in case and am damn glad I did. MUD

Arcticman, do not read it, it will make your blood boil.

Steve O, I agree with your take, but Barry actually believes that JEWISH doctors were killing Black babies. He is crazy.

Skunky, personally I think that the MEDIA should do that job and report on it honestly, but what the Hell do I know.

MUD, you are retired military, you earned the healthcare by protecting my right to run my piehole on this blog. When I am President, our military will not be left flapping in the wind by a bunch of politicians that have no spine.

It if means a damn thing, I appreciate your choice of employment.

Obama's tax and spend policies scare the sh*t out of me.

"When I am president..." Does that mean you're finally going to run? Two Dogs in the White House? Talk about a paradigm slayer...Well, okay, no one was... I'm not a big political book reader either, but I did read Dereliction of Duty and saw Hitlery's attitude toward the military. Barry is nuts. Anyone who thinks you can sit down and reason with dictators is crazy and yeah, I think there is a party that wants to inject black babies with saline solution before they are born, too. They even want the right to murder them on their way out of the womb.

Someone has to finally step up and get this country back to where it needs to be, Herb, and I am the guy.

Just so you know, when Barry was in the Illinois state legislature, he voted to allow doctors to kill a baby that was delivered after he/she survived the abortion procedure. This means that if the legislation had passed, (thankfully, it did not) a live child laying in a doctor's hands, could have been slain by that doctor. He is a disgusting human being
