Worked Myself Out of a Job

For the past six months I have had three e-mails sitting around as action items and have not had the time to handle them. I no longer have a reason to live. They are done.

By the way, I just got accused of being filled with self-importance. Would someone filled with self-importance actually take the time to return those six month old e-mails?

NAY!

Please take the time to comment.

Self-importance? No.

I didn't bother to comment when I first read this earlier today but, after ranting and raving all day on my blog, I just had to come back and say: "Aren't all politicians and bloggers (but I repeat myself) self-important?"

Keep it up, Paul.

Self-impotence is overrated.

nar⋅cis⋅sism  [nahr-suh-siz-em]
–noun
1. inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity.
2. Psychoanalysis. erotic gratification derived from admiration of one's own physical or mental attributes, being a normal condition at the infantile level of personality development.

Sounds like self-importance to me...

Yeah, I'm with Pat...not necessarily about the "self important" thing...I just came back to comment a day late.

Your diligence to answer those old e-mails has shamed me. I've got about 14 I've been putting off. That will not be the case by the end of this day. I will most likely delete them. ;)

Pat, you post the most when you start the day off with, "There is just nothing to write about."

Andy, I can just imagine that the recipients of those replies of mine are going, "WTF? These are like SIX MONTHS OLD!!!"
