Okay, Everyone Needs to Participate, Yes, Even YOU.

All the folks that comment here and lurk here are considered family and I am planning a post that is the best of the family work for this year. All of you folks that blog and read blogs need to do some work for me. If you are like me, you will ignore this post entirely and then claim that you did not see it.

Anyhoo, I know better. I see you reading this post. So, you got caught.

I want you to take a few minutes really soon, go through your work from the year and send me YOUR favorite posts that YOU did. I want you to e-mail me those links and tell me why YOU liked that post so much. There is no limit to the number of posts you send me, and I am going to link every one of them and give my comments here.

Also, if there is a post on the bl-nets that you did NOT write and it moved you, send me that link, too, along with what moved you about it.

The purpose of this is for me to get to know YOU better and to see what is important to YOU. I already know what I am about and what is important to me.

The topic is unimportant, it can be humor, sports, making the best sammich, or the little wheelchair girl that cured puppy cancer. I want to know what was important to you. You can be anonymous, or you can tell me exactly what to write about the posts. Your call.

I would like to have these hundreds of thousands of e-mails before the close of business on Friday, November 26, 2010. Just take the entire day the Thursday before that and write them all down. I KNOW you are off work that day.

This is your task. Do not bring shame upon the family. In case you do not know my e-mail address, you terrible family member, it is, get this, meanolmeany@gmail.com.

Please take the time to comment.

I just want to point out THE FACT that I came here to see who is messing with The Mayor of Mitchieville's mind and NOT to see that chick from Paraguay nude.
I decided (opted-in) because it's not more of the same and it seemed a good collection point for what ales much of the known (56+? Barry?) American states. WTF? I'm canadian and I've been to only 6 of the states yet I know there isn't another 50 to go... uff.
I'd like to know why when I click on the comments button, it doesn't prompt me for #1 for english or #2 for others... Some day, I'll have a blog and that's what I'll have, choice. I've got the first part down pat, I've chosen a kicks ass name and that's so problematic for some it just stops them. I don't have the problem of knowing or not knowing when to stop.
Anyways, for today, I don't have a blog, I'm blog-less in Calgary, and so I don't have any posts to post your-a-ways.

Just keep on doing whatever the hell it is you're doing, I've got no real complaints although I like college football, I don't really understand college football nor why there isn't a 3 month playoff structure for them to determine who's the best of all this year. that's ok.

You want to know about me? ok, I've got real top notch plumbing tools.
No junk.

Plumbing tools, really? Gotta website?

no website yet, I use the plumbing tools, because it's what I do.
But I choose my blog name, so one step at a time.

It could be months before I figure the rest of it out.

TD, I'm gonna do my best, but it ain't gonna be pretty.

I looked back over all my blog posts from this year, and THEY ALL SUCK! I can't find anything in there that I'm half-way proud of.

This is my third year blogging, and I've gotten worser and worser, and lesser and lesser interesting with each passing year.

There are one or two that suck less than the rest, but they still suck.

But, I'm gonna give it the old college try, and see if I can find something that is not either completely laughable as a serious work, or a true snooze-fest in the comedy effort.

And, Richt is a pussy!

hahaha, I've never in my life been to a strip club. I've been drunk though, I think it was 1984 - 1989, I got tired of competitive drinking, I don't miss it.

One of my best friends in the world is not only a plumber, but also a competitive drinker, coupled with being not ashamed to call a friend in the middle of the damned night to come get him from a strip club. In other words, he is insane, yet a load of fun.

I have to say that this was the first post by you that I ever saw. http://liberalsmash.blogspot.com/2005/05/economics-101-two-dogs-way-continued.html

I was floored by someone putting down these basic concepts that I understood but could not articulate.

I don't blog, but I do follow your blarx and I'd only be stealing from here on a regular basis.

I don't always agree with you, but I respect the points you do make.

Dang, Disgruntled, in May of 2005 I was calling Bush out on his spending. That was a mere 1.7 trillion ago, too. And did you read that back in 2005? Has it been that long that you have been commenting here?

You hurt my feelings. ;)

Paul Mitchell said...

Andy, that is my role in the family. I hurt everyone's feelings.

Andy said...

And I must say that you do a damned fine job of it!

Somebody has got to hurt some damn feelings sometimes. It's more like a competition in my family...

Er. TD, I'll try to find something decent I've written. I'm not all that smart, and I march to the beat of a different drumline than most of the folks my age, so yeah...but maybe I have something that doesn't contain too much of teh suck.

Mostly lurking, but as the asshattery got worse and the government continued to embrace the fail I started offering my tidbits to the pile.

Boogie, my grandmother makes everyone in my family cry at every holiday gathering. Of course I don't because she has always been like that and I lived with her for about four years and got used to it. After everyone in the room is crying, Mimi and I usually walk outside to drink coffee and laugh at the crybabies.

Disgruntled, thanks for finally speaking up. What can I do for those other lurkers to make it easier to say what is on their mind?

Right now you are feeding us so much information it's hard to keep on top of it all, but to draw me out you hit a nerve. It may not be the same for the rest, but the epic failure of BOTH parties is what drew me in.

Man, when the Republicans took Congress in 1994, I thought that the Democrat Party would simply collapse. How wrong was I?

Great idea! If Guuglez doesn't ban me I'll have mine in to ya soon.
