Every once in a while I'll decide to get ripped again. Yes, this is very short lived usually, but when I started walking about two or three years ago, I have yet to stop exercising regularly. I am a little softer than I would like to be, so I decided to buy one of my affiliate products called
Supreme 90 Day that I am hawking on one of the PMD Empire's websites. It was only twenty damned dollars, how bad could they rip me off?

How long are the workouts with this one anyway?
It is exactly a PX90 knockoff. Each disc has about a hour of stuff. I am lucky to finish around twenty minutes though, my knees won't take the repetitive stuff much longer than that.
It does have a good back exercise for you Old Coots, too.
Just buy it to watch the chicks, though. They all look like Zuzana Light.
Okay fatty, did you really pay $20 to have someone show you how to exercise? I guess you were too busy checking out the other boys in P.E. class to learn how to exercise.
