Those very same media folks are screeching about how great Jimmy Carter was and how bad George W. Bush is. Oddly, Jimmy tried some stuff that made sense, it's just that when he did these things, he also raised taxes, raised the minimum wage (FOUR TIMES!), and started printing money like a chimpanzee flinging shit at the zoo patrons.
Here's some of the current worst president ever's policies. Understand, I am talking about Jimmy, Barry is not president, yet.
From Leftardapedia:
On Carter's first day in office, January 20, 1977, he fulfilled a campaign promise by issuing an Executive Order declaring unconditional amnesty for Vietnam War-era draft evaders. (Ed note: And that allowed one of them to become president, too!)
Under Carter's watch, the Airline Deregulation Act of 1978 was passed, which phased out the Civil Aeronautics Board. He was also somewhat successful in deregulating the trucking, rail, communications, and finance industries. (Ed note: HE DEREGULATED BANKS?!?!?!)
Among Presidents who served at least one full term, Carter is the only one who never made an appointment to the Supreme Court. (Ed note: We dodged that bullet!)
Carter was one of the first presidents to address the topic of gay rights. He opposed The Briggs Initiative, a California ballot measure that would have banned gays and supporters of gay rights from being public school teachers. His administration was the first to meet with a group of gay rights activists, and in recent years (Ed note: As brain-draining senility removes what little bit of sanity he once possessed.) he has come out in favor of civil unions and ending the ban on gays in the military. He has stated that he "opposes all forms of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and believes there should be equal protection under the law for people who differ in sexual orientation".
What is not written in this Leftardapedia article is that unemployment was at 8.9% when Jimmah left office. And it went up to eleven percent before Ronaldus Reagan got his first budget passed. Also, home mortgages were at 21.5%, gas was at the STILL RECORD HIGH in actual dollars, Detroit was crippled as a car manufacturer during his term (they are still trying to dig out of that, too!), and the military was at its lowest re-enlistment rate ever in the history of our country.
To even make the simple statement that George W. Bush is HALF as bad a President as Jimmy Carter is to admit that you should be in a straightjacket, with a rubber thingy in your mouth to keep you from biting off your tongue, and force-fed gruel through a straw. Please, Barrystream Media, there is absolutely no way to polish the turd that is your Chosen One. Quit trying or the television news is going to go bankrupt just like the other Barry fluffers in the newspapers.
With all that said, I submit my FIRST attempt at movie making. Name that tune.
(Yeah, I know the sound is a little off on the transitions, but remember, all images on this site, including videos, have a five minute time limit for completion. Rendering the mash-up took 5:23.)
Please take the time to comment.

and love the velvet lounge soundgarden. does that mean we're getting old? hehe
Would you believe that is Steve Lawrence and Edie Gourmet? I remember them from television back in the 1960s. I hated them then, but this tune is not too obnoxious.
