Moral Relativism and the Ever-Moving Goalpost

Well, we've really done it now! Housewives (because normal men don't watch that garbage) all over the United States are in mourning since the heralded Matt Lauer got canned for abusing women in the workplace. The female "talent" on the morning show, where this sleazebag used to rake in nearly 25 mm a year, are crying in their coffee. In case you didn't know, Matt Lauer is only six years older than me, so HE KNOWS BETTER. He's just a bad person.

You want to know the bizarre thing? These crying women KNEW that Matt was a bad person and said NOTHING!!!

You want to know something else? I'll bet any amount of money that Donald Trump has done the same thing!!!

You want more? Barry Obama has done the same thing with Democrat men!!! Plus, he literally screwed everyone else in the whole world by being such an incompetent, feckless moron!

Oddly enough, we're ALL bad people!!! But, that doesn't absolve anyone of suffering the consequences of their behavior.

Now, you want to know the weirdest thing about all of this? In 1880, the age of consent in Delaware was SEVEN YEARS OLD!!! In 1920, Delaware had raised that age to 16, but, even today, the minimum age of consent in some places in the United States is 12. (Check it, I dare you!)

What does that have to do with Matt Lauer being scum of the Earth? Well, I'm going to tell you.

Changing social mores have made any behavior acceptable in any place. NAY! Deviancy is demanded by the "enlightened people." That's what happens when you have freedom without responsibility. By the way, in case you didn't know, stupidity SHOULD hurt. Pain is a great teacher, but still we continue to define deviancy down. <---term originated from DEMOCRAT Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan in 1993, but he was talking about crime in the black neighborhoods. Today, he would be regarded as a "far-right winger" by our national media and college professors, even though he was at best a leftist.

Is there any way to change the ideology of freedom without responsibility? Absolutely, but we will have to rid the world of Democrats. In Biblical times, they were referred to as "Moabites." But, more importantly, we must come to understand that there does exist ABSOLUTE TRUTH.

Here's one, if you're married, don't have sex with anyone other than your spouse, but even more than that, DON'T EVEN TRY TO DO IT.

In the society of today, we have become a nation of people that continually lives by the mantras, "That's none of my business" and "if it feels good, it must be good," but what about when those ideologies affect our children? As parents, we simply must demand that our offspring follow absolute truths that were accepted from the beginning of time. Not only that, you know that there are times that you will lose your mind over a supposed slight of your kids. Guess what, everyday occurrences are ALWAYS slights against your kids. They are going to get bruised and battered, all day, every day, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

EXCEPT! Show your kids that while life is going to be hard at times, the ones that wind up making the largest difference to the human species are the ones that can roll with the punches. Here's a shocker, a twenty-six year old is NOT a baby!!! But, neither is a seven year old, why, just 137 years ago, they were mature enough to consent to doing the wild thing!!! In the currently "enlightened" enclave of Delaware!!! (FYI, Delaware was a SLAVE STATE, kept slaves until two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, and didn't ratify the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the United States Constitution until 1901!!!)

Furthermore, you know that you have had times all up in the Wal*Mart when you wanted to snatch your belt off and straighten out someone else's kid. YOU would have never behaved like that because your parents would have done the same thing, but, they didn't sometimes and you learned that there were certain times that you could get away with things and sometimes you could not.

Such is the nature of the human beast. Will it ever change? So far, it hasn't in the history of man, so odds are slim that it will ever change.

To anyone that will listen, I always say that doing the right thing is always harder than doing the wrong thing. If you put your big, fat brain to work long enough, you'll know this to be true.

Have you ever pocketed a ten dollar bill that you found on the ground? That was the WRONG thing.

I started this blog in January of 2005. In October 2005, I added the header text you see above. This is a Wayback from October 2005. Even then, I knew that I was on my way to becoming the person that I was supposed to be, even if it had to have been subconciously. I am not there by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm closer than I was in 2005.

If it takes one man fully twelve years to start doing what he has known to be the right thing since early childhood, changing a nation shall certainly take much longer. I am fifty-three years old, but the personally ignored absolute truths that guide my life have always been there. I just chose to not follow them...much like Matt Lauer...and Donald Trump...and Barry Obama...please, you know that you are not shocked.

If you do not know this, never trust anyone that votes for Democrats. Sorry, Democrats fought tooth and nail to maintain slavery. Think about that, Democrats have always wanted to OWN PEOPLE. Matt Lauer is a deranged Democrat fanboy who makes every attempt to OWN women within his grasp.

Oh, give up on the Clintons, though, they are going to Hell, all of 'em and their lunatic supporters.

Please take the time to comment.

Man, I am so out of practice and rusty that typical posts read like a disjointed series of nothingness, now. Even more so than in the ago. Sorry.
