College Gameday - Week 5 - October 2, 1010

For those of you that are looking for the location of the Four Letter's Traveling Moron Circus known as College Gameday, they are not covering college footbaw today, instead they decided to go to a Little League game between Stanford and Oregon. I have no idea where the college known as "Oregon" is, but that is where Street Herbkirk and the idiots are.

SCOREBOARD MOVED TO OCTOBER 9, 2010 WEEK SIX!!!

It is VERY hard to argue that today's game of the week is NOT the Bammeroids (4-0) hosting Da Gates (4-0). Clearly, this game is this year's National Championship Game. And in Week Five no doubt! Enjoy folks!

COLLEGE GAMEDAY!!!

Please take the time to comment.

Dude, I got a call from my new boss begging me to work today.

Crud.

11 to 8. At least I'll catch most of the national championship game that starts at 7.

Isn't it nuts that the championship comes on week five this year? Sometimes college footbaw is just stupid.

>>>Sometimes college footbaw is just stupid.

But that can be overcome by including pictures of cheerleaders when blogging about it.

Innominatus, you could NOT be more correct. Sorry about that.

I'll be relaxing, making crude jokes about other teams, secure in the knowledge that my Hogs can do no further damage to their position this weekend. *cheers*

You guys! They made the National Championship a double-elimination. First round is this weekend. Next round is in December.

Don't you know how to read a schedule??!? Sheesh!

Double elimination IS always best, though.

Basil, I hate to disagree with a sage expert such as yourself, but this is it IMHO.

24-0 with 6 left to go in the first half...yeah sure,

The SEC is definitely not a one team conference..

Check the real national championship game in Eugene Oregon.

Good grief!

Roderick, six teams in the top 25.

Does Oregon have a team in the SEC? NO.

Andy, I have not had a chance to watch, keep us updated.

Without a playoff (like NCAA hockey, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, Division I-AA/II/III football etc..) NCAA I-A football polls are meaningless.

Please can anyone explain to me how this is a big game...Alabama is taking Florida to the woodshed.

This is entertaining? Seriously is this game really exciting, at this point I mean...24 to nothing.

Roderick, I am not watching, I am actually trying to do some work and when I watch footbaw, everything else goes to Hell.

But, from the score and yards, it seems that Bammer's defense is as awesome as they are supposed to be. Maybe Flarda will come out swinging in the third.

Anyway, it is head and shoulders above anything else outside of the SEC.

Andy: That herd of elephants might end up spanking those giant water lizards. But, they might just meet again. Assuming that the Bayou Bengals don't get extra plays and surprise them. And, if the East Alabama Cow College doesn't surprise them.

But, in the SEC East, who can challenge Florida? South Carolina and Vanderbilt are the only ones that don't need any help, if they beat Florida. And I don't think that's likely.

That means a December matchup that might force Alabama to have to beat Florida twice to win the SEC.

That sounds like one that the computers would bless, too. That has got me cheering for the Bammeroids, too.
