Fascism From the Left

While Republicans are continually assailed as the Nazis, Fascists, compared to Hitler and the like, the Left quietly sneaks in and does in one fell swoop what they blame on the Party of Lincoln.

Yep, you guessed it, the Supreme Court of the United States has taken another personal liberty through bench legislation. If someone doesn't speak up against these bad decisions, we are going to forced to surrender all of our personal liberties. Hey, how much longer before they take your children?

John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer, and David Souter all found that our Constitution and our inalienable rights are at the whim of the Supreme Court. Yep, those Liberals really love the poor man. Even if you are a homeowner and have maintained your property for eighty years, an ambitious city official can decide that your property is in the way of progress. Welcome to Leftist Policy, Toto, we ain't in Kansas anymore.

William H. Rehnquist, Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, and Sandra Day O'Connor found for the Constitution. While I generally lump O'Connor in with the rest of the Leftists, maybe she was disillusioned on what she was deciding and did the right thing by mistake. Or she hadn't taken her Prozac this morning or something.
